Jordan Hokanson, BA, MBA

President

As president of HCI Ventures, Jordan comes from an entrepreneurial family that believes integrity is the foundation for good business. His relationship focused strategy comes from recognition that through the sharing of information and the ability to look for win-win opportunities both HCI and its farming clients can be successful. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Alberta, and Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma from NAIT. By combining his education, business values, experience in finance and business development, Jordan is able to help employees and clients succeed.

 

Marilyn Cohen

Accountant

Marilyn has been employed with the founding family of HCI Ventures Ltd since 2002.  With more than 25 years experience in accounting and administration, she has been an integral part in facilitating the inception of HCI Ventures Ltd in 2005. Her continued service to our company is a valuable asset.

 

Peggy Musselman

Administration

Coming from a small farming community in Ontario, Peggy brings over 25 years of work experience in customer service and administration to our team. She has worked in financial services, recruiting and manufacturing.

 

LeeAnn Wesley

Administration

Lee Ann has 30 years experience in administration, office management and human resources. She is the office administrator for our Regina office as well as the HCI web site admnistrator.

 

Don Wasylyniuk, P.Ag.

General Manager

Don is a professional agrologist that brings to the HCI team over 25 years of work experience in the financial services sector and ten years direct farm ownership/management. During his time farming, Don also worked with a Land Management Company as their Provincial Land Manager. Don was born and raised on a mixed farm north of Regina and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.  Shortly after university, Don joined the financial services sector and worked in direct agricultural lending including experience in commercial lending, syndications and venture capital.
